Your 100% satisfaction is our goal here at Upon a Box. We are confident you will love your purchase but we know there may be times things didn't work out.
We have your back; if you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll fix it. If something goes awry, we’ll find a solution, and if you are not satisfied, we’ll make you whole.
- We offer full refunds up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
- After 30 days, we can do a refund as store credit.
- Swaps are always free (net the difference in product costs).
CANADA/UNITED STATES SHIPPING
Our goal is to ship all orders out by 2:00 PM PST the next business day. The average shipping time is seven days for standard and three days for express but varies depending on your location, we ship from the west coast. Shipping time frames are not guaranteed and provide a rough estimate for when you will receive your products. While we will do our part to have your order shipped on time please note carrier delays are out of our control. If you have a time sensitive purchase we recommend selecting express shipping during checkout.
